When Codemasters launched the first Grid in 2008 the intention was to `` bring the fun back to racing'' that hung to the market or the total simulation or arcade games too. And it was an excellent racing game. Grid 2 follows the same line and actually takes the first set to the next level.
The races are more than the most important of them are all that the game has. There is a descilpa for the game to happen: a rich man named Patrick Callahan wants to create a new category of motorsport uniting the best of the Americas Europe and Asia in various types of competition. For this he needs a poster boy a guy clubs you go to challenge and prove that the level of competition WSR (World Series Racing) will be high.
This initial idea is good but what we were led to growing Grid 2 is that put the player in a world that begins cpnhexer sport and comes as an idol as his name appears in social networks and such. This is ... half truth.
There are promotional events to increase their visibility in an area the evidence worth fans (points to open championships) and lead time. This makes it a bit tiring Grid 2 is running behind because of race. Gives a maximum to change the color of the car wheels and put paintings predetermined. Even the sponsors work in a way simpler than in the previous game: there is no money to run you can only keep the sponsors happy and this is only serving four objectives per season.

In the United Kingdom there is a special version called Grid 2 Mono Edition. There is only one copy in the world and it costs about 380 thousand dollars. Most of the tracks are on the streets of famous cities and beautiful with some circuits aui and there but no penalty for cutting paths anxiously


Grid online

In online mode the game is thicker outside of racing. Everything that happens here is independent of the mode offine. You earn money and experience participating in races and events with other people. As the level goes up unlocks new cars and parts to improve them and this should be purchased using money accumulated. It is something traditional and blends more with online encourages you to play again.

May be neither the best arcade-style but Grid 2 is easily one of the best racing games of recent times.
